Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, September 2025 – DN, a leading designer and builder of concrete storage tanks serving the water, wastewater, and energy sectors, has appointed Cyntosha Drewry as Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will focus on shaping DN’s people strategy, building an inclusive culture, and driving workforce capabilities to unlock the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Drewry most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Flowserve Corporation, where she led the HR function in creating a world-class employee experience. She spearheaded the development of strong HR infrastructure, processes, and systems that ensured seamless people operations across one of the world’s largest industrial and environmental machinery suppliers.
Prior to that, she spent over a decade at PPG Industries in multiple leadership roles. As Global People Operations Director, she managed a team of 150+ HR professionals across three global shared service centers, driving HR transformation, Workday implementation, and M&A integration. She also served as EMEA HR Director and earlier led PPG’s Global HR Operating Model transformation, building global standard processes and shared service centers. Earlier HRBP roles at PPG in both the Architectural Coatings and Packaging Coatings businesses further strengthened her expertise in employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy.
She began her career at ArcelorMittal, where she contributed to HR operations, talent acquisition, and compensation projects, earning recognition for her role in opening new steel production operations. Her early HR experience also includes roles at Vision and Vocational Services and the Ohio History Connection.
