After a decade in enterprise tech with SAP and Anaplan, Czarrhina Lim reenters Jatis Philippines as Sales Director—tasked with scaling strategic platforms across the fintech space.
Her return marks a pivotal move as Jatis accelerates its platform-led innovation agenda. From QR wallets and gamified loyalty to wealth management tech, Czarrhina will help organizations unlock revenue streams and enable digital financial inclusion at scale.
Her association with Jatis dates back to 2011–2016, when she served as Senior Account Manager, playing a key role in building Jatis’ banking, insurance, and retail client relationships in the Philippines. Her return in 2025 signifies a renewed alignment with Jatis’ mission to accelerate platform-led innovation and serve emerging fintech needs in the region.
Czarrhina also brings rich cross-industry exposure from her early roles at Netpoleon and Bank of the Philippine Islands, contributing in areas of business development, investment operations, and financial reporting.
