Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States, September 2025 – BBIT Partners, LLC has announced the appointment of Daria Fellrath as Chief Talent Officer. In this role, she will lead the firm’s talent management strategies, overseeing workforce solutions, compliance frameworks, and diversity initiatives as BBIT Partners continues to expand its global HR and talent management services.
Daria most recently provided HR leadership at New Eagle, where she served as Director of Human Resources and briefly as a Human Resources Consultant. Her work focused on strengthening HR systems, policies, and leadership capability within the technology-driven organization.
Before this, she spent over five years at MMS, where she held progressive roles including Head of Talent Enablement, Compliance and Diversity, Senior Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of HR & Employee Relations. Across these roles, she built robust frameworks for employee relations, compliance, diversity programs, and talent enablement while leading multiple teams across geographies.
Earlier, Daria worked with Fujikura Automotive America as Manager of Human Resources and with JTEKT North America Corporation as Human Resources Manager. In both organizations, she was instrumental in aligning people practices with operational goals, managing workforce engagement, and driving HR strategy in the manufacturing sector.
Her earlier experience includes consulting with GCI Global Healthcare Solutions LLC, a stint as Management Trainee at Chrysler (FCA) where she supported international supply operations, and service on the Programs Committee at Detroit SHRM (HRAGD). She began her career in customer-focused roles at JCPenney, where she was recognized as a top-performing Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate.
