London, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Darren Isaacs has joined Lockton as Vice President – Global People Transformation Lead, where he will spearhead strategic HR transformation initiatives across the organization’s global footprint. With a proven track record in leading change programs, Darren is set to play a pivotal role in driving Lockton’s people-centric transformation agenda.
Most recently, Darren was with Fidelity International, where he led HR Transformation initiatives with a focus on Workday, global HCM systems, and change management. His role spanned nearly two years and was marked by global program delivery and system optimization.
Before that, he spent close to seven years with Stagecoach Group, initially as Head of Portfolio Management and later as Transformation Programme Director. His tenure was defined by major HR and digital change programs, vendor management, and strategic program leadership.
Darren’s earlier experience includes impactful roles at SABMiller, where he served as Global Digital Programme Manager, and at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where he was Associate Director, Digital Transformation Programme Manager. He has also worked with DST Global Solutions, HBOS, Aviva, and several other organizations in a range of IT and transformation roles, building deep expertise in change delivery, governance, and people systems across industries.
