Greensboro, North Carolina, United States, December 2025 — Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) has appointed David Moore as Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant leadership transition after nearly two decades of progressive financial leadership within the organization. In this role, David Moore will lead CCL’s global finance function, supporting its mission of advancing leadership development and organizational transformation worldwide.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, David Moore served as Vice President, Global Finance at Center for Creative Leadership, where he provided enterprise-wide financial leadership across global operations. In this role, he was responsible for financial accounting, forecasting, reporting, annual planning, and strengthening organizational leadership through robust financial governance.
Before this, he held the role of Director of Global Finance and Organizational Strategy at Center for Creative Leadership, where he played a pivotal role in aligning financial planning with long-term organizational strategy. His work supported decision-making across leadership development initiatives and global programs.
Earlier, David Moore served as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and Organizational Strategy, and before that spent over a decade in Financial Planning and Analysis roles at CCL, building deep institutional knowledge and contributing to sustained financial discipline and strategic growth.
Prior to joining CCL, David Moore held senior finance roles at Sea Island Company as Director, Budgeting and Financial Planning/Analysis, and earlier at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he served as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, gaining extensive experience in hospitality and global enterprise finance.
