New York City, New York, United States, February 2026 — Debra Stroff has joined Monks as Chief People Officer, where she will lead the company’s global talent strategy as it continues to re-engineer how work gets done. Welcoming her appointment, Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks, Marketing Services, emphasized that her leadership will help strengthen an culture rooted in empathy, transparency, and agility. Debra will focus on fostering an environment where technology empowers people and enables creativity and growth across the organization.
Before joining Monks, Debra Stroff worked as an Executive Coach, Fractional CHRO and Interim Chief People Officer, where she served as Interim CPO for Jersey Mike’s and provided enterprise HR leadership during a key transition period. She also delivered executive coaching and strategic HR advisory support to organizations across quick service restaurants, Femtech, and gaming, helping leaders scale people strategies and organizational effectiveness. During this period, she additionally served as an Advisory Board Member at Edstutia, contributing to innovation in virtual learning and corporate training.
Earlier, Debra served as Chief People Officer at Quartet Health, where she played a central role in business transformation. She partnered closely with the CEO to rebuild executive leadership, overhaul people systems, and integrate acquisitions while strengthening culture and performance frameworks. Prior to that, as Chief People Officer at OnDeck, she led a global HR organization supporting more than 700 employees, redesigning performance management, career development, and diversity strategies while preparing the organization for operating in a regulated banking environment.
Debra also held senior HR leadership roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hogarth Worldwide and Vice President, Head of Human Resources Americas at Coty Inc., where she led large global teams through complex growth, M&A integration, and organizational transformation. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions at Time Inc. and Ernst & Young, building deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and executive partnership.
