Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 — Deepali Naair has been appointed as the Global Head – Brand and Corporate Communications at Biocon Biologics. In this pivotal role, she will lead the global branding and communications strategy, including media relations, digital presence, financial and regulatory communication, and employer branding, supporting the company’s global ambitions in biosimilars and affordable healthcare access.
Before joining Biocon Biologics, Deepali was the Group Chief Marketing Officer at the CK Birla Group, where she led strategic marketing across its diverse portfolio. Her impactful stint at IBM spanned over four years, where she held key leadership roles, including Director – Digital Sales, JAPAC and CMO for India & South Asia, playing a vital role in performance marketing and digital transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at IIFL Wealth, Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, and Country Head – Brand, Customer Service & E-commerce at L&T General Insurance Company Limited. Her marketing leadership also extended across roles at HSBC, Marico, BPL Mobile, FCB Ulka, and Tata Motors, reflecting her wide-ranging industry exposure.
An alumna of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Deepali has also been a Visiting Faculty at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research for over 17 years, sharing her expertise in digital marketing and brand management. She is the host of the podcast Being CEO with Deepali Naair, showcasing her thought leadership in business and leadership.
