Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Dev Tripathy as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, marking a strategic step as the company continues to invest in innovation and global growth. Dev brings over two decades of deep HR leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, consulting, and industrial sectors, and is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy in alignment with its long-term vision.
Prior to his current role, Dev Tripathy served as CEO & Founder of Shhyfft Consulting Group, a boutique talent advisory firm where he successfully led over 100 high-impact leadership searches for top organizations like Aditya Birla Group, Adani Enterprises, Cipla Ltd, and Welspun Enterprises. Under his leadership, Shhyfft became a go-to partner for building high-performing teams across sectors.

Previously, he spent over six years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Vice President – Human Resources, where he led HR for the global R&D and enabling functions. His focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building an employer brand helped create a culture of scientific excellence and innovation, impacting over 1,200 employees across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Dev held the position of Managing Director for India & SAARC at Talent Q India Pvt Ltd, where he brought advanced talent assessment and development methodologies to Indian markets. He was instrumental in scaling the business and influencing leadership effectiveness through behavioral and cognitive assessment frameworks.
Before this, he spent over five years with Essar Group, rising to the role of Deputy General Manager – Group Corporate HR. There, he led global C&B, mobility, and HR operations, and partnered with business leaders for large-scale talent infusion, HR policy transformation, and service delivery modernization. His early career included HR leadership roles with Electrolux and Adecco Peopleone Consulting.
