With extensive experience in enterprise sales, account management, and technology consulting, Dhaval has built a strong reputation for driving digital transformation and business process innovation within the BFSI sector.
In his new role at Celonis, Dhaval will focus on expanding the company’s footprint across India’s banking and financial services ecosystem, enabling organizations to leverage process intelligence and execution management for greater operational efficiency and value realization. His appointment builds on a distinguished career that includes leadership roles at Salesforce, Oracle, Infosys Finacle, Arya.ai – An Aurionpro Company, PwC, and LTIMindtree.
Prior to joining Celonis, Dhaval served as Account Executive – FINS Enterprise at Salesforce, where he was responsible for building digital transformation strategies for financial institutions. Before that, as Application Sales Representative at Oracle, he managed enterprise application sales across BFSI clients, focusing on cloud adoption and application modernization.
His most extensive tenure was at Infosys Finacle, where he served as Associate Director – Sales and Account Management. In this role, Dhaval managed a comprehensive suite of Finacle solutions—including Core Banking, Treasury, Wealth Management, Digital Channels, Payments, and Cloud—for private, public, and foreign banks across India. His leadership helped strengthen client partnerships and drive digital adoption across the country’s banking landscape.
Earlier in his career, Dhaval held pivotal roles at Arya.ai, where he introduced deep learning–based automation solutions for BFSI clients, and at PwC, where he supported Salesforce consulting and enterprise transformation initiatives. His foundational years at LTIMindtree as a Technical Consultant equipped him with strong technical expertise in Oracle JDEdwards and Fusion Middleware, supporting clients such as Chevron Oil and Lafarge UK.
Through these experiences, Dhaval has built a career defined by strategic growth, customer-centric delivery, and a commitment to advancing enterprise transformation. His journey to Celonis represents a continuation of this focus—helping BFSI clients unlock business value through data-driven process intelligence.
