Cairo, Egypt, February 2026 – Dina ElShehry has started a new position as Human Resources Director at MARAKEZ, marking the next milestone in her six-year leadership journey within the organization. In this expanded role, she will oversee the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational capability across its growing real estate and mixed-use portfolio.
Dina has progressed steadily within MARAKEZ, most recently serving as Senior Group Human Resources Manager, following her tenure as Group Human Resources Manager and earlier as Human Resources Supervisor. During this period, she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, aligning people strategy with business growth, and supporting the expansion of one of Egypt’s leading real estate development organizations.
Prior to joining MARAKEZ, Dina spent three years at Newgiza University – NGU, where she served as Human Resources Supervisor and Senior Human Resources Specialist, supporting academic and administrative workforce management. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Bupa Arabia, Vodafone, and Teleperformance, building foundational expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management across diverse sectors.
Dina holds a Human Resources Diploma from The American University in Cairo and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, equipping her with both academic depth and practical leadership capability in human capital management.
