Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India – November 2024 – Dipanjan Ganguly has recently joined Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where he will lead strategic HR initiatives to support Evos Buildcon’s commitment to delivering premium residential projects with dignity and value.
Before joining Evos Buildcon, Dipanjan held the position of General Manager – Human Resource & Administration at Earthtree Enviro Private Limited, overseeing HR functions to optimize team performance and strategic HR planning for the organization.
At InfinityGroup, Dipanjan served as Vice President – HR and Administration, bringing over eight years of experience in managing HR strategies, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems. He was instrumental in developing HR processes to support InfinityGroup’s green building and urbanization projects across India.
Dipanjan’s earlier tenure included roles at B. K. Birla Group as Manager – Administration, and Essar Construction Overseas Limited as Senior Manager in Abu Dhabi, where he honed his skills in administration, change management, and people processes.
His HR career began with notable roles in administrative functions across organizations such as Emirates Industrial Laboratory and ALFARA’A GENERAL CONTRACTING PRIVATE LIMITED. His experience includes broad HR and administrative responsibilities in both India and the UAE, providing him with a diverse background in international HR operations.
