Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Disha Bhandary has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at JioBlackRock Mutual Fund, where she will lead the company’s people strategy and drive the HR function to support its growth and innovation in India’s evolving asset management sector.
Prior to joining JioBlackRock Mutual Fund, Disha served as Human Resources Director at Experian India for nearly two years. As part of the leadership team, she designed and executed HR strategies focused on organizational culture, DEI, performance, and employee experience—aligning talent with business growth imperatives.
Before her tenure at Experian, she spent close to a decade as SVP & Head of Human Resources at PGIM India Mutual Fund, where she led the end-to-end people strategy across 28 branches nationwide. Her work encompassed change management during business restructuring, talent development, business partnering, and employee experience transformation.
Earlier in her career, Disha was Vice President – HR at BNP Paribas Asset Management, where she supported the mutual fund business through a merger and acquisition phase. She played a critical role in harmonizing policies, streamlining performance systems, and driving talent management initiatives across the organization.
She began her HR journey with operational and generalist roles at iSmart Global Pvt. Ltd. (BPO wing of PwC) and ABN AMRO Bank, where she gained deep expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR service delivery.
