Needham, Massachusetts, United States, March 2025 – Oxford Global Resources has announced the appointment of Doniel Kofel as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, workforce development, and talent initiatives, focusing on organizational growth, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Doniel rejoins Oxford Global Resources after previously serving as Vice President and Global Head of Learning & Development, where she led global HR programs focused on onboarding, sales enablement, leadership development, and compliance training. She was instrumental in implementing strategic learning roadmaps and employee development frameworks.
Before her return to Oxford, Doniel was Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Coretelligent, where she oversaw HR operations, talent strategy, and employee experience initiatives. Prior to that, she served as Senior Director of Talent and Professional Development at Oracle, leading career progression frameworks, leadership training, and workforce engagement programs.
Earlier in her career, Doniel held leadership positions at PwC as Learning and Development Manager, where she designed and implemented nationwide leadership development programs. She also worked as a Project Manager and Instructional Design Consultant at MIT, advising on training standardization and curriculum development for Fortune 1000 clients and government agencies.
Doniel holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her expertise in workforce transformation, HR leadership, and learning innovation will play a pivotal role in Oxford Global Resources’ continued success.
