Dr. Tanaya Mishra Joins In-Solutions Global Ltd as Global CHRO

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Dr. Tanaya Mishra has been appointed as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at In-Solutions Global Ltd (ISG), a leading FinTech company with cutting-edge technologies operating across India, the Middle East, and Australia. In this role, Dr. Mishra will oversee the company’s HR strategy and operations, driving initiatives to support ISG’s global workforce and aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic objectives.

Dr. Mishra brings a wealth of experience to ISG, having held senior HR leadership roles at several prominent organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President & Head of Human Resources (India) at Endo from September 2022 to August 2024, where she spearheaded cultural transformation, developed career ladders, and introduced leadership development programs that significantly enhanced organizational agility.

Prior to Endo, Dr. Mishra was the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides from June 2021 to September 2022, where she led talent management, succession planning, and cultural transformation initiatives across the organization. Her leadership was pivotal in managing the people aspect of mergers and acquisitions, and in defining critical roles within the company.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Mishra held the position of Global CHRO at Essar from January 2020 to June 2021, where she implemented strategic workforce planning across geographies and led turnaround practices, successfully navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Mishra has also served as Managing Director of Human Resources (APAC) at Accenture, where she drove HR process innovation, championed industrial relations, and led strategic initiatives for a workforce of 140,000 employees.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
