Jakarta, Indonesia, July 2025 – Dwi Fatan Lilyana has taken on the role of Chief of Human Resources and General Affairs at PT Pelindo (Persero), Indonesia’s state-owned enterprise (SOE) specializing in port operations and maritime logistics services. In this strategic leadership position, she will be responsible for shaping HR, organizational governance, and general affairs across Pelindo’s expansive national network.
Prior to this appointment, Dwi served as Chief of Human Resource, Education and Research Officer at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, where she led the transformation of HR and organizational systems at Indonesia’s oldest and largest referral hospital. Her contributions spanned workforce development, cultural transformation, and strategic planning to improve hospital performance in medical services, research, and education.
Earlier, she was actively engaged as a Coach and Advisor to multiple public and private organizations, including The Financial Services Authority (OJK), PT Pupuk Indonesia Tbk., and Bank Mandiri, contributing to institutional transformation, leadership mentoring, and change management. Her multifaceted advisory roles reflect her expertise in strategic communication, HR transformation, and governance alignment.
Previously, Dwi held several senior leadership roles, including President Commissioner at PT Bukit Asam Medika and PT Satria Bahana Sarana, and Director of Human Resources at PT Bukit Asam Tbk, where she oversaw human capital, sustainability, procurement, legal, and infrastructure development functions. She also served as SEVP at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium, leading HR, logistics, asset management, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Her earlier career includes pivotal roles at Mining Industry Indonesia, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), PT Indika Energy Tbk., and UNHCR, along with significant experience in media and communications at UNICEF, Trans TV, and Jiwa Creation. With over two decades of diverse experience across industries, Dwi brings exceptional depth in people strategy, policy, transformation, and communication.
