Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2024 – Elin Åhrberg has been appointed as the Head of People and Culture at Aritco. In her new role, Åhrberg will oversee the company’s people and culture functions, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture at the leading manufacturer of home and public lifts.
Elin Åhrberg brings a wealth of experience to her new position at Aritco. Most recently, she served as the Human Resources Director & Environment at NYAB for about a year, where she managed HR and environmental functions, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Before NYAB, Åhrberg worked as the HR-Chef, Division Drift at Svevia for over two and a half years. In this role, she was responsible for HR management across the division, focusing on employee relations, business process management, and change leadership.
Her previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at NCC for approximately two years, where she supported HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
Åhrberg also held the role of HR Manager at Mangold Fondkommission AB for over two years, where she managed various HR functions and processes.
Earlier in her career, she worked at ÅF Technology AB as an HR Recruitment Manager for over three years, handling recruitment and HR processes.
Åhrberg’s career began as a Branch Manager at New Minds and as a Recruitment Consultant at Academic Work and Retail Knowledge AB. She also served as a Framework Officer at Kvinnoforum, where she focused on consultant search for EuropeAid and Sida consultancy.
