Dallas, United States, December 2025 — Ellia S. has been appointed as Chief People Officer at LiveSAFE Solutions, taking on a strategic leadership role to shape the organization’s people-first culture and long-term workforce strategy. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational culture, and people operations, aligning human capital with the company’s mission and values as the organization scales.
In her current role at LiveSAFE Solutions, Ellia serves as a deeply human-centered people leader, leveraging her extensive legal and HR background to define and strengthen a people-first culture. She leads enterprise-wide people strategy, focusing on building high-performance environments, strengthening engagement, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent in line with business growth objectives.
Prior to joining LiveSAFE Solutions, Ellia has been associated with Consociare LLC as Managing Partner, where she has led a global HR consulting practice delivering strategic HR transformation, change management, organizational restructuring, compliance frameworks, compensation programs, and policy standardization initiatives across diverse industries.
She has also held several senior HR leadership assignments, including Director of Human Resources at STATinMED, Interim HR leadership roles with kVP Energy Services, LITIGIVEN, Think Power Solutions, iEducate, and strategic HR and talent leadership roles across organizations such as Amazon, Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Gas South, and WeAreRighter, where she built scalable HR systems, led rapid workforce expansion, implemented HRIS transformations, and strengthened DEI, performance management, and compliance frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Ellia founded and led Legal Grounds, LLC as Managing Partner, building a long-standing legal and HR advisory practice while supporting organizations with workforce planning, compliance, and HR systems development, establishing the foundation for her blended legal–HR leadership profile.
