Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 2026 – NEXT Ventures has announced the appointment of Elvira Moey as Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the global fintech group accelerates its expansion across international markets. In her new role, Elvira will lead the company’s people strategy, organisational design, leadership development, and talent growth agenda to support NEXT Ventures’ fast-scaling ecosystem of fintech and trading platforms.
With nearly a year of leadership experience at Warner Music Group, Elvira most recently served as People Director, Southeast Asia, where she played a critical role in strengthening regional people strategies, organisational alignment, and leadership enablement. Her tenure focused on building future-ready workforce frameworks while supporting regional growth across diverse business units.
Prior to this, Elvira spent approximately two years with TDCX as Senior Director, Group HRBP, where she oversaw HR strategy across 18 countries spanning APAC, EMEA and LATAM. She was recognised for driving matrix HR leadership models, advising senior executives, leading change management initiatives, and strengthening organisational effectiveness across multi-regional business structures.
Earlier in her career, Elvira held progressive leadership roles at TikTok for over four years, serving as Regional HRBP Leader MY/SG and HRBP Leader MY, where she partnered closely with leadership teams to support hyper-growth environments and evolving workforce strategies. She also served as Senior Manager, People & Culture at 11street and as Head of People & Culture at Carsome, where she was instrumental in culture building, employer branding, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Elvira began her HR leadership journey with Toshiba Medical Systems Asia, holding multiple HR leadership roles over four years, and earlier served as HR Analyst at IBM, building a strong foundation in analytics-driven HR decision making and organisational design.
