Manila, Philippines, August 2024 – Enrique Antonio Reyes has started his new role as Vice President & People Growth and Productivity Champion at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. In this role, Enrique will be responsible for spearheading initiatives focused on employee growth, organizational development, and enhancing productivity across the company.
Enrique has been with Converge ICT Solutions Inc. for over three years. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President & Head of TOCD and HR Operations, where he led talent management, organizational development, and HR operations. Before that, he was the Assistant Vice President & Head of Talent and Organizational Capability Development, focusing on talent acquisition and learning & development. Earlier, he held the position of Assistant Vice President & Head of OD TM & Converge University, managing organizational development and talent management.
Before joining Converge ICT, Enrique was the Chief Ventureloquist at Nquvate, where he led various entrepreneurial projects and consulting services across multiple industries. At MIDEA Group, he served as the Head of Digital Business, where he managed e-commerce, digital marketing, and online community development. Prior to that, Enrique was the Managing Partner at PhDev Consulting, where he provided management and business development consulting services.
Earlier in his career, Enrique was the Head of Marketing at Hilti Group, overseeing the overall management of the marketing department and mentoring talent across Southeast Asia. At MSD, he held several roles, including Associate Director / Public Sector Lead and Sales and Product Manager, where he focused on public sector leadership, market access, and product management in the healthcare sector.
Enrique’s career also includes roles at TNS Market Research as a Senior Research Manager, Organon as a Product Manager, and Schering AG as a Senior Product Manager. He also worked at Unilab, Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he started his career in various product management and healthcare representative roles.
