Worcester, Massachusetts, United States, December 2025 — Erin Jansky, has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Webster First Federal Credit Union, a role that reflects her strong leadership impact since joining the organization in 2024. In her new position, she will continue shaping people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness across one of Massachusetts’ most respected credit unions.
Most recently, Erin Jansky served as Human Resources Director at Webster First Federal Credit Union, overseeing HR and Training & Development for a growing workforce of more than 225 employees. During this period, she played a pivotal role in transforming people operations — digitizing employee files, implementing a modernized employee handbook, elevating total rewards, redesigning recruitment and onboarding, co-launching the Culture & Wellbeing Committee, introducing the organization’s first Volunteer Time Off policy, and establishing its first internship program. Her leadership strengthened culture, improved efficiency and drove greater employee engagement across the institution.
Prior to Webster First, she served as Chief Employee Experience Officer at the Worcester Housing Authority, where she led all HR, safety, wellness, engagement, labor relations and resident program functions for one of New England’s largest public housing authorities. Her work transformed culture, strengthened union relations, guided the organization through crises including COVID-19, and established award-winning safety, wellness and compliance programs.
Before stepping into the executive ranks, Erin Jansky served as Director of Human Resources at the Worcester Housing Authority, where she modernized HR operations, implemented a full-service HRIS, created the first Training & Development Division, digitized personnel systems and expanded her oversight to include grants, fundraising and resident programs while managing cross-functional teams.
Earlier in her career, she held progressive compliance and legal operations roles at UMass Medical School, serving as Senior Compliance Specialist and Paralegal. She subsequently continued her experience in legal and regulatory functions through paralegal roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and the Law Offices of Flood & Favata, where she supported litigation, contract development, analysis, and regulatory compliance across diverse legal matters.
Erin Jansky earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, strengthening her capabilities in strategic leadership and organizational management.
