Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Fannie Milton has started a new position as Vice President, Human Resources, Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) & Corporate at Enpro Inc. In her new role, Fannie will be responsible for developing and aligning HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement across the company.
Fannie Milton has been with Enpro Inc. for three months. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Head of Human Resources/Sr Director, HR, Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) & Corporate Functions, where she provided thought leadership and served as a trusted advisor to the divisional AST president and C-suite executives on strategic and operational HR topics for over 1,400 employees.
Before joining Enpro Inc., Fannie was the Head of Human Resources, Dispersions & Resins North America at BASF, where she developed the human capital strategy for the Dispersions & Resins Business Unit with over 1,000 employees. She served as a strategic HR Business Advisor for the business unit’s talent, organization, leadership, and culture strategy.
Fannie also held the position of Vice President/Head of Human Resources, Americas at Wood Mackenzie, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of the People Plan for the Americas Region. She served as a strategic HR business partner and advisor to executives across the full organizational life cycle.
At KBR, Inc., Fannie was the Global Director, Human Resources, providing strategic and operational HR services to KBR’s Corporate Finance Group, IT, Legal, Commercial, and M&A organizations. She supported over 2,000 employees globally for the multi-billion dollar engineering and construction company.
Earlier in her career, Fannie worked at BP as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, where she provided tactical and strategic HR services to the E&P Strategic Performance Unit in North America, supporting over 500 employees for the $20B North America Gas Business Division.
Fannie also served as a Human Resources Manager/Advisor at BMC Software, where she provided HR services to BMC’s International Sales and Finance Operations in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and the US. Additionally, she was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Strategic HR Solutions, offering HR and OD consulting services to private and public sector firms.
