Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 – ProfitSolv has announced the appointment of Finesse Blumenthal as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, Blumenthal will lead people and culture strategy, focusing on building scalable HR practices, professionalizing the workforce, and positioning the business for funding, investment, or acquisition. Partnering closely with the executive team, she will oversee executive recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and compensation strategy to ensure that people initiatives directly support business growth.
Blumenthal most recently served as Global Head of Human Resources at Secretariat, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the legal advisory firm across 10 countries. During her tenure, she doubled headcount and revenue, integrated multiple M&A initiatives, and launched leadership development and executive coaching programs. Her work elevated employee engagement by 25% and built a strong EVP and cultural foundation that significantly improved retention and internal mobility.
Before Secretariat, Blumenthal held the role of Fractional Head of People and Culture at People Rocket, where she partnered with executive leadership to optimize HR strategies during rapid growth. She also served as SVP, Global Head of Talent & Culture at SitusAMC, leading people strategy for a 5,000+ global workforce through six acquisitions, strengthening DEI, and saving over $1M through strategic integration.
Earlier in her career, she spent over five years at Compass Group USA, first as Regional HR Leader, providing thought leadership in talent management, performance acceleration, and change management, and then as Director of Human Resources at the Georgia World Congress Center division, where she led culture transformation and people programs.
Blumenthal also drove HR transformation at Preparis, Inc. (Mitratech) as Director of Human Resources, managed large-scale HR projects at Piedmont Healthcare, and began her HR journey as HR Manager at Wellness Learning Center. Her early career also included a role as Community Outreach Manager at Church On The Street, where she built a foundation in people engagement and community impact.
Blumenthal has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at Wharton Executive Education (2025) and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University (2010–2012), equipping her with both academic rigor and executive-level HR training to drive strategic impact.
