New York, United States, February 2026 — Fredo Alban has started a new position as Director of People & Operations at STAMP Event Co., stepping into a strategic leadership role within the New York-based event production company. In this role, he will lead company-wide people strategy and internal operations, partnering closely with the Co-Founders to align talent, systems, and business goals.
As Director of People & Operations, Fredo will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation strategy, employee experience, financial workflows, compliance, vendor partnerships, and risk management. He will also design leadership development initiatives and cross-functional planning frameworks that strengthen accountability and long-term sustainability.
Prior to this appointment, Fredo Alban served as Senior Operations and Human Resources Manager at STAMP Event Co., where he built the organization’s first comprehensive people strategy. He scaled hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation frameworks, introduced a competency-based salary band structure, launched an internal ATS that reduced time-to-fill, and implemented operational efficiencies that reduced costs while improving scalability.
Earlier, as Operations Manager, he directed STAMP’s transition to fully remote operations during a pivotal period, implementing infrastructure and change management systems that reduced overhead and strengthened collaboration. He also project-managed the company’s website rebuild and streamlined finance, legal, and vendor processes to enhance operational agility.
Fredo began his journey at STAMP as Office Manager, where he oversaw the relocation of headquarters, managed day-to-day office operations, and supported large-scale event logistics, laying the operational foundation for the company’s subsequent growth.
STAMP Event Co. was founded in 2006 by Jason Burlingame and Margaret Crisostomo to provide structure, management, and vision for successful events. The company produces gala, marketing, press, and experiential events for corporations and cause-related organizations.
