Gabriela joined AbBaltis over two years ago, initially as a Talent Manager. In this role, she demonstrated strong expertise in talent scouting, team leadership, and human resources, contributing to the development of AbBaltis’ talent acquisition framework and cross-functional HR initiatives. Her commitment to fostering a supportive environment has helped AbBaltis build a highly engaged workforce.
Before her current tenure at AbBaltis, Gabriela served as a Business Executive within the company, where she gained experience in marketing, HR functions, and cross-departmental management. This role helped her develop a holistic view of business operations, further equipping her to lead people-focused programs in her new role as Head of People Operations.
Prior to joining AbBaltis, Gabriela held roles that sharpened her project coordination and communication skills, such as her role as Business Project Coordinator for MEDICA 2022, a leading medical trade fair. Additionally, her experience as a Research Assistant Translator at the University of Kent contributed to her analytical and project management capabilities.
