Gabriela M. has recently been appointed as the Global Director of HR Processes & Systems at PageGroup, marking a significant advancement in her career with the company. Gabriela brings a wealth of experience, having been with PageGroup for over five years in various leadership capacities within the HR department.
During her tenure at PageGroup, Gabriela first held the position of Global Head of Delivery Excellence starting in January 2019, where she demonstrated substantial leadership in optimizing delivery processes. In January 2022, she transitioned to the role of Global Director of Delivery Excellence & P2P, focusing on peer-to-peer excellence strategies and system integrations, a position she excelled in for over two years.
Before joining PageGroup, Gabriela was deeply involved in service and performance management at DB Schenker in Romania, where she worked for nearly four years. Her roles included Head of Service and Performance Management and Process Lead & Transition Manager, contributing significantly to service delivery improvements and operational transitions. Prior to that, Gabriela developed her expertise in financial management at WNS Global Services, overseeing finance and accounting operations.
Gabriela’s career is underpinned by a robust foundation in financial controls and HR management, marked by her earlier roles at companies like Huawei and GENPACT LLC, where she began her professional journey.
