With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership, Gabriela has played a critical role in transforming HR functions, driving organizational effectiveness, and implementing innovative talent management strategies across various industries.
Prior to joining SovranHR, Gabriela served as a Human Resources Consultant at Employment Enterprises, Inc., where she restructured HR operations for a real estate development and property management client, overseeing HR compliance, performance management systems, and leadership coaching.
Before that, she held multiple leadership roles at SovranHR, including HR Director, Senior Strategic Consultant, and CHRO, where she provided outsourced HR solutions and consulting for organizations ranging from startups to enterprises with 1,600+ employees.
Earlier in her career, she was the Director of HR & Team Member Experience at Wheelhouse Group, where she implemented company-wide HR transformation strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance programs. Gabriela also led HR departments at Government Scientific Source and Homestead Building Systems, focusing on HR infrastructure, leadership development, and workforce optimization. Her extensive experience in HR technology, regulatory compliance, and organizational design makes her an invaluable asset to SovranHR’s leadership team.
