With extensive experience across global financial markets and investor sales, Gardy is poised to lead strategic initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth from Montreal.
Gardy has been an integral part of BMO Capital Markets for over eight years. Before his promotion, he served as Director, Investor Sales, Global Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, where he was instrumental in managing high-value client portfolios and delivering tailored financial solutions. Prior to this, he excelled as Vice President, Investor Sales, focusing on complex market strategies and fostering long-term client relationships.
Before joining BMO, Gardy held roles at National Bank Financial, where he served as Associate Director, overseeing critical financial operations. Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at National Bank of Canada, progressing through various roles, including FX Trader and Senior Analyst in OTC derivative products, showcasing his deep expertise in financial trading and analysis.
