Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Gaurav Khanna is set to join Reckitt as HR Director – Supply, Emerging Markets, where he will lead the people agenda for end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain across South Asia, ASEAN, Africa, MENARP, Greater China, and North Asia. In this role, he will focus on strengthening people practices and accelerating transformation across Reckitt’s Emerging Markets Supply organisation.
In his new mandate, Gaurav will partner closely with global and regional leadership to support large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations, driving workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, and change management across diverse and complex markets. His appointment comes at a time when Reckitt continues to sharpen its focus on operational excellence, transformation, and future-ready talent across its global supply footprint.
Prior to joining Reckitt, Gaurav spent over two decades with Nestlé, where he held several senior HR leadership roles across geographies. Most recently, he served as Head of Employee Relations – South Asia Region, leading employee relations across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, while also spearheading change management for a large-scale global IT-HR transformation across more than 100 sites in Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Earlier, as Zone HR Business Partner for Asia, Oceania, and Africa, he led organisation design and change initiatives impacting over 40,000 employees across supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions. He also served as Vice President – Business Process Support in Indonesia, driving enterprise-wide transformation across commercial, manufacturing, e-commerce, and IT functions.
Gaurav holds a Master’s degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), where he specialised in people management and industrial relations, laying the foundation for a career spanning organisation design, change management, employee relations, and leadership development across global enterprises.
