Karnal, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Piccadilly Agro Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Gaurav Shukla as Group Quality Head (Multiple Units), strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in the premium alcoholic beverages and distillery segment. In this role, Gaurav will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, driving food safety excellence, and building a strong quality culture across multiple units.
Prior to this appointment, Gaurav Shukla served as Deputy General Manager at Jagatjit Industries Limited, where he led quality assurance operations across multiple domains including distillery QA, ethanol QA, and export quality. He also managed regulatory compliance, including FSSAI requirements, and oversaw quality operations across multiple states and units, reflecting his ability to manage complex, large-scale quality frameworks.
Earlier, he spent over a decade with Pernod Ricard India, where he served as Quality Assurance Head (Plant Operations). During this period, he played a pivotal role in implementing and managing global quality standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000. His work included driving operational excellence, vendor assurance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, along with leading audits, automation systems, and quality-driven production enhancements.
Before this, Gaurav worked with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where he served as Quality Assurance Executive, contributing to quality control systems, documentation, and implementation of food safety standards. He also gained early industry experience as a Chemist at Mohan Breweries & Distilleries Ltd, building a strong foundation in manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization.
