Pewaukee, Wisconsin, United States, February 2026 — Gehl Food & Beverage has appointed Greg Sunner as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its footprint in ready-to-serve aseptic foods and beverages.
Greg joins Gehl Food & Beverage with more than two decades of progressive human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, food production, engineering services, and industrial sectors. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
Prior to this appointment, Greg served as Chief People Officer at Visu-Sewer, Inc., where he led the full spectrum of HR functions, supporting business transformation and workforce strategy initiatives. His leadership at Visu-Sewer reinforced talent management frameworks, strengthened organizational alignment, and advanced people-centric strategies across operations.
Before that, he was Vice President Human Resources at Milsco Manufacturing, where he guided HR strategy for a global manufacturing environment, partnering closely with executive leaders to drive performance, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
Greg also spent nearly nine years with Eaton – Engineering Services and Systems, holding senior HR leadership roles including Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. During this period, he led HR strategies across multiple U.S. regions, supporting large service organizations and manufacturing facilities with responsibilities spanning organizational development, succession planning, engagement, staffing, compliance, and leadership development.
Earlier in his career, Greg held senior HR leadership roles at JBS and Cargill, overseeing employee relations, union negotiations, safety, payroll excellence, and workforce development across large-scale operations. At JBS, he managed HR functions for facilities with thousands of employees, including unionized environments, and drove continuous improvement initiatives across multi-location operations.
With deep expertise in labor relations, compliance, workforce planning, and large-scale manufacturing HR leadership, Greg brings a strong operational mindset and strategic perspective to Gehl Food & Beverage as it continues to scale its business and workforce capabilities.
