São Paulo, Brazil, September 2025 – Gisele Diogo Guitti has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at ONEVC, a venture capital firm focused on seed-stage investments across Latin America. In her new role, Gisele will be responsible for shaping and executing the talent strategy across ONEVC’s portfolio companies, aligning hiring initiatives with the firm’s founder-centric and value-creation approach.
Before joining ONEVC, Gisele Diogo Guitti worked at Heidrick & Struggles for nearly six years, rising through the ranks from Research Analyst to Senior Associate. Her focus included executive recruitment in the technology, digital infrastructure, education, finance, and HR domains for global and regional clients across Brazil. Her experience spans strategic talent mapping and selection for high-impact leadership roles.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Gisele completed a Master’s Summer Internship as HR Generalist with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) in New York. During this time, she contributed to the strategic redesign of compensation and benefits structures, participated in global recruitment efforts, and supported the implementation of the HR Business Partner model.
She also spent over a year as a Tax Associate at PwC Brasil, delivering fiscal and tax advisory services for expatriates in oil and gas corporations. Earlier in her career, she worked in the labor legal departments of Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo and Lobo & Ibeas Advogados, gaining experience in legal strategy, litigation, and compliance within the employment law landscape.
Gisele Diogo Guitti holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the NYU School of Professional Studies. This global HR education from a leading institution has played a key role in shaping her people-first leadership philosophy and cross-border talent expertise.
