Singapore, March 2026 — Grace Yip has joined Aon as Head of Assessments, Southeast Asia, strengthening the firm’s human capital advisory capabilities across the region.
In her new role at Aon, Grace will lead assessment strategy and delivery across Southeast Asia, supporting organizations with evidence-based talent identification, leadership evaluation, and workforce strategy solutions. Her mandate includes leveraging analytics-driven assessment frameworks to help clients attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent in a dynamic business environment.
Prior to joining Aon, Grace served as Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry, where she advised organizations on leadership assessment, talent strategy, and executive development initiatives across regional markets. Her work focused on aligning assessment methodologies with business strategy and organizational outcomes.
Earlier, she spent nearly a decade as Head of Aviation Psychology with The Republic of Singapore Air Force, where she oversaw the development of job selection and assessment systems to support recruitment and production targets. She brought deep expertise in human factors, safety culture, organizational resilience, and psychological readiness. She also led mental health and well-being initiatives, designed behavioural sciences training, and strengthened performance outcomes through structured assessment and development frameworks.
Grace’s earlier career includes serving as a Leadership Development Specialist and Psychologist at the Ministry of Defence Singapore, designing and delivering coaching and leadership development programmes, and as a Sport Psychologist at Singapore Sports School.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning organizational psychology, behavioural science, leadership development, and large-scale assessment systems, Grace Yip’s appointment reflects Aon’s continued investment in data-driven human capital solutions across Southeast Asia.
