Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 — GS Tyagi has been elevated to Executive Director – Operations, Property Management Services India (PMSI) at Cushman & Wakefield, a move that strengthens the firm’s leadership as it advances its national operations strategy. Based in Gurugram, GS will now be responsible for leading the India-wide service delivery and operational excellence agenda across Cushman & Wakefield’s PMSI business.
Bringing over 22 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, and operations, GS Tyagi has consistently driven high-impact outcomes in client experience, strategic planning, and transformation across portfolios. His tenure at Colliers spanned over 13 years, where he held various leadership roles including Executive Director, Senior Director, and Regional Head for REMS in North India. At Colliers, he was instrumental in scaling operations, standardizing service frameworks, and enhancing client delivery across the region.
Prior to that, GS served as Regional Head-FMS at A2Z Infraservices Ltd., where he managed over 200 properties across Delhi/NCR and built a highly efficient service infrastructure. His strategic leadership contributed to inorganic growth, including the acquisition of IPMSL, and helped scale a workforce of over 3,000 employees while exceeding client expectations.
Earlier in his career, GS held operational leadership roles at Crown Group and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). At Crown Group, he managed Crown Interiorz Mall and Crown Plaza in Faridabad, driving business unit performance. At JLL, he was the Mall Manager of Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, where he strengthened retail operations and customer service.
In his new role at Cushman & Wakefield, GS will focus on building capabilities, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, innovative service delivery across India’s property management vertical. His elevation underscores the firm’s emphasis on operational leadership, client trust, and sustainable performance.
