Greenwich, Connecticut,United States, March 2026 — GXO Logistics, Inc. has announced the appointment of Mark J. Suchinski as Chief Financial Officer, stating that the company’s leadership team is now fully in place with this appointment. With a long track record across finance leadership and operational roles, Suchinski joins GXO with experience spanning publicly traded environments and large, complex organizations.
Prior to joining GXO Logistics, Inc., Mark J. Suchinski has been serving as Senior Vice President and CFO at The GEO Group, Inc., where he has been based in Florida in an on-site capacity.
Earlier, he spent close to 18 years with Spirit AeroSystems, including serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at Spirit AeroSystems, he also held operational leadership roles including Vice President, Quality, and Vice President and General Manager 787 Program, reflecting broad leadership experience beyond core finance responsibilities.
Before that, he worked with Home Products International as Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer. He also held the role of Controller at US Freightways, building a strong foundation in financial leadership and controllership.
