In her new position, Hannah will lead talent strategy and operations, aligning recruitment and people growth initiatives with Voomi’s aggressive expansion plans and customer-first ethos.
Prior to joining Voomi Supply, Hannah spent nearly six years at Seamless.AI, where she held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Recruiting, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. During her time there, she led large-scale hiring initiatives, streamlined talent operations, and played a key role in organizational restructuring and strategic recruiting.
Before Seamless.AI, Hannah worked as a Technical Recruiter at Artech Information Systems, where she successfully managed over 400+ requisitions for enterprise clients in the financial and energy sectors. She was recognized for her full-cycle recruiting capabilities and partnership with offshore teams.
Earlier in her career, she held several talent-focused roles at Allied Universal, including Regional Recruiter and Regional Human Resources Administrator, where she managed hiring for thousands of employees across high-volume job sites. She also contributed significantly in HR functions at Red Ventures, supporting onboarding, benefits, and FMLA processes.
