Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, United States, December 2025 — Hassan Adly has joined Incyte as Executive Director, Head of US Marketing – Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs). In this role, he will lead U.S. commercial marketing strategy for Incyte’s MPN portfolio, advancing brand performance, launch excellence, and patient-centered impact in areas of high unmet medical need.
Immediately prior to joining Incyte, Hassan Adly served at Immunocore as Head of US Marketing – Oncology, where he led the U.S. marketing organization and in-market brand strategy for KIMMTRAK in metastatic uveal melanoma, while also steering commercial pre-launch and launch efforts across additional melanoma indications. He was a member of the U.S. Commercial Leadership Team and led cross-functional business strategy planning, HCP marketing, field and digital marketing, and patient/DTC initiatives.
Earlier, he held senior U.S. marketing leadership roles at EMD Serono, where he led pre-launch and launch strategy for a first-in-class oncology asset in head and neck cancer.
A significant foundation of his career was built at Novartis, where he spent more than a decade in progressively senior global and regional oncology marketing roles. His responsibilities included serving as Director, Global Indication Lead across AML, MDS, and advanced systemic mastocytosis; leading global pre-launch and launch strategies for first-in-class immuno-myeloid assets; and overseeing oncology marketing across the Middle East & Africa cluster. Earlier roles at Novartis also spanned brand and sales leadership in the Gulf region and oncology product specialist positions.
He began his commercial career in medical sales roles with GSK and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, building strong foundations in customer engagement and field execution.
Hassan Adly holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Management) from the University of Leicester and a Doctor of Pharmacy / Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University.
