Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Ad Leo Ltd has announced the appointment of Hemant Salvi as Head – Human Resources. In this role, Hemant will be responsible for leading the company’s overall human resources strategy, people operations, compliance, and organizational development as Ad Leo continues to expand its footprint in retail branding and integrated marketing solutions.
Before joining Ad Leo Ltd, Hemant Salvi spent over 14 years with Schueco India, where he served as Senior Manager – HR & Administration. During his long tenure, he played a critical role in HR business partnering, payroll and compensation benchmarking, HRIS automation projects, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. His responsibilities also included statutory compliance, POSH, corporate law adherence, HR policy formulation, M&A due diligence support, CSR initiatives, and large-scale administration and facility management.
Earlier in his career, Hemant worked as Assistant Manager – Administration at Beams Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., where he aligned administrative and logistics functions to support organizational growth. His role covered vendor management, purchase and logistics operations, asset and property management, office administration, and HR support functions.
Hemant’s professional journey also includes experience as Senior Executive – Administration at Forbes Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. (Eureka Forbes Group), where he handled administration, HR support activities, vendor and logistics management, and office operations. He began his career with Maersk Global Service Centre as a Processing Officer, gaining early exposure to structured operations and service delivery environments.
