In her new role, Ishika will lead the company’s sales strategy and growth initiatives across Western India, driving client partnerships and accelerating revenue through innovative, brand-suitable advertising solutions across YouTube and Meta.
With over a decade of experience in digital media, advertising sales, and client relationship management, Ishika brings a strong record of success in scaling businesses through data-driven marketing strategies. Her leadership will be pivotal in strengthening Channel Factory’s presence and client engagement in India’s dynamic digital advertising landscape.
Prior to joining Channel Factory, Ishika spent over five years at Blis, where she served as Associate Director and Associate Group Head – Sales, managing strategic accounts and delivering impactful digital campaigns for leading brands. Before that, she worked with Viacom18 Media Private Limited and Sony Pictures Networks India, where she contributed to digital ad sales and campaign strategy for leading media platforms such as Voot and SonyLIV.
Ishika began her career at GroupM, where she managed mobile media planning and campaign execution for top clients including Godrej Consumer Products, Kellogg’s, Bajaj Auto, and JLR, and delivered award-winning mobile campaigns that demonstrated creativity and measurable ROI. She also gained early experience in client acquisition and social media advertising at Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd., building her foundation in digital sales and client relations.
A First Division MBA graduate in Marketing from Amity University, Ishika also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, reflecting her strong academic grounding in business and communication.
