London, United Kingdom, August 2025 – Ita Waller has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Coolr, an award-winning social media and influencer marketing agency. In her new role, Waller will lead the people agenda, fostering talent, culture, and organizational growth as the agency continues to scale its impact in the global digital landscape.
Prior to joining Coolr, Waller spent nearly seven years at UNLIMITED (now part of Accenture Song), serving as Group HR Director. There, she played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation, embedding mental health initiatives across the agency, and positioning the company as an industry leader in employee well-being, talent management, and organizational culture.
Before UNLIMITED, Waller worked at TMW Agency for more than six years, where she rose to HR Director. In this role, she drove HR operations, learning & development, compensation, and employee relations strategies across the Creston group, while developing leadership programs for more than 100 leaders.
She also held HR leadership roles at D&D London as HR Manager, and at House of Fraser as London HR Manager, where she managed large-scale HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier in her career, Waller served as HR Manager at B&Q and Personnel & Training Manager at Sainsbury’s, where she built her foundation in people management and workforce development.
Ita Waller holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDIP CIPD) from Middlesex University.
