Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, December 2025 — Ivana Vukcevic has started a new position as Head of People and Culture at Jowett Motor Group. With a strong track record across the automotive and energy sectors, she steps into this role at a time when people strategy, capability building, and culture-led growth are becoming critical differentiators in modern dealership networks.
At Jowett Motor Group, Ivana Vukcevic has grown steadily within the people function. Over roughly one and a half years as People and Culture Manager, she supported the organization’s evolving workforce priorities and operational needs across a dynamic, multi-brand environment. Her elevation to Head of People and Culture signals continuity in leadership and confidence in her ability to shape enterprise-wide people practices for the group’s next phase of expansion.
Prior to Jowett Motor Group, she spent about eight years with LSH Auto Australia, progressing through roles including Human Resources Coordinator, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, and later Human Resources Manager. This long and layered tenure reflects deep exposure to large-scale automotive HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and the practical realities of supporting dealership teams across varied sites and business demands.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Simply Energy for a little over a year as Operations Coordinator, building experience in cross-functional coordination, business process support, and operational rhythm—capabilities that often become highly valuable in people leadership roles that require strong execution discipline.
She also spent close to three years with BROWZ (now associated with Avetta) as a Contract Development Specialist, strengthening her foundation in stakeholder management, compliance-oriented processes, and structured governance—skills that align well with the policy, risk, and employee relations dimensions of senior people roles.
Ivana Vukcevic further strengthened her professional depth through a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT University, completed over roughly two years, reinforcing her academic grounding alongside her industry-led experience.
