London, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Jacinta Brennan has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer, UK at GroupM, the world’s leading media investment company and a part of WPP. In her new position, she joins the People Executive Team and will play a key role in leading GroupM’s people strategy across the UK, helping to shape a high-performance culture while supporting business transformation and growth.
Prior to this appointment, Jacinta served as Head of HR, Global & Senior Partner at Foster + Partners, where she was responsible for aligning the people and culture agenda with the global growth strategy of the iconic architecture and design firm. She led transformation efforts focused on enhancing the employee experience in a creative and innovative environment.
Before that, she was Head of HR at DNEG, one of the world’s top visual effects and animation studios, where she managed HR operations across the UK and Europe. At DNEG, she was instrumental in shaping people and culture practices for a workforce of over 1,200 employees, playing a strategic role during a period of business expansion.
Earlier, Jacinta held leadership roles at BBH London, where she served as Head of People & Partner – Publicis, and at Kantar Media as Change Consultant – WPP, where she supported major organizational transformations. Her diverse experience also includes time as an independent HR consultant through Strengthscope®, and significant regional HR leadership at Yahoo! Europe and ADC Metrica.
