New York, United States, December 2025 — Jamie T. has been elevated to the role of Chief Product and Investor Officer at SC Lowy, where he now shapes the firm’s investment products, leads fund strategy and structuring, and strengthens global investor relationships across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. His mandate also spans ESG, data, branding, media and public relations, strengthening SC Lowy’s positioning as a leading global private credit investment manager.
Most recently, Jamie T. served as Head of Americas, Business Development & ESG at SC Lowy, where he spent more than six years expanding the firm’s investor footprint, deepening institutional relationships, and spearheading ESG integration across key markets. His role solidified SC Lowy’s leadership in private credit while strengthening access to investment opportunities across the Americas.
Prior to that, he held a pivotal decade-long tenure at SC Lowy as Co-Head of Sales / Business Development, based in Hong Kong. In this role, he played a central part in scaling Asian and global client relationships, leading fundraising initiatives, and driving product distribution across credit strategies.
Before joining SC Lowy, Jamie T. served as COO, General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Abax Global Capital in Hong Kong, where he supported a multi-strategy Asian investment platform backed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management. His responsibilities spanned operations, legal oversight, compliance and governance across investment themes including Asian special situations, credit and RMB private equity.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Senior Vice President at the Avenue Capital Group in New York and Hong Kong, serving as legal counsel and analyst for the firm’s Asia funds. He contributed to distressed debt, restructuring and special situations strategies across developed and emerging Asian markets, strengthening the firm’s global investment capabilities.
He began his professional journey as an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York, specializing in bankruptcy and creditor rights, and earlier at JP Morgan, where he worked in Emerging Markets Derivatives as part of the Management Training Program.
