Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 — Jason Lau has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at hipages Group. In his new role, he will lead recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives to support the company’s growth and its mission of transforming the trade industry.
Jason has been with hipages Group for over three years, where he most recently served as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Before that, he worked as Talent Acquisition Manager, playing a key role in scaling teams and building a robust recruitment framework across the organization.
Previously, Jason was Technical Talent Acquisition Business Partner (APAC) at Sourced Group, an Amdocs Company, where he partnered with clients in highly regulated industries to drive cloud-focused hiring strategies.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Front Office) at Macquarie Group, and prior to that, he spent over two years at Hays in executive search. At Hays, Jason worked on C-suite and senior leadership search assignments across sectors including FMCG, defence, biotech, retail, infrastructure, and property development.
