Delhi, India, February 2026 — Jay Prakash Navik has been elevated to the role of Production Head at Tata Projects, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the organization. In this role, he oversees end-to-end production operations, focusing on manufacturing excellence, process optimisation, and timely delivery across complex, large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
Jay Prakash has been associated with Tata Projects for over three years and has held multiple leadership roles within the organisation. Prior to his elevation as Production Head, he served as General Manager and Deputy General Manager, where he led critical manufacturing units and contributed to the execution of marquee projects, including the Jewar Airport project. His work has been instrumental in strengthening production capabilities and operational efficiency across Tata Projects’ manufacturing operations.
Before joining Tata Projects, Jay Prakash held senior project leadership roles at Larsen & Toubro, where he built strong expertise in project execution, large-scale manufacturing operations, and cross-functional program leadership across complex infrastructure environments.
Jay Prakash holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Manufacturing Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which has further strengthened his technical foundation in manufacturing systems and process engineering.
With his extensive experience across manufacturing, infrastructure execution, and operational leadership, Jay Prakash Navik’s elevation is expected to further enhance Tata Projects’ ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across its diverse project portfolio.
