Jeffrey Green’s professional journey is a testament to his dedication and strategic vision in the field of human resources. Prior to his latest role, Green served as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & Systems at Osaic, a position he held since September 2021. In this capacity, he was instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligned employee rewards with business objectives. His efforts were crucial in enabling the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent through innovative compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS programs and systems.
Before ascending to senior vice president roles, Green contributed his expertise as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from August 2019 to September 2021. His leadership over the HRBP, HR generalist, and talent development teams underscored his ability to oversee performance management, employee engagement, HR M&A integration, employee relations, talent management, and talent development comprehensively.
