Eagan, Minnesota, United States, July 2025 — Jen Ohm has joined Skyline Exhibits as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing more than three decades of strategic HR leadership experience across diverse industries. In her new role, she will lead Skyline’s people strategy, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, inclusion, and operational excellence to elevate the company’s workplace culture and drive performance.
Prior to joining Skyline Exhibits, Jen served as People & Culture Leader at Conductive Containers, Inc., where she led HR transformation efforts and reinforced a people-first culture. Before that, she had an impactful decade-long career at Cummins Inc., where she held several senior HR roles, including Strategic HR Business Partner, Executive Coach, and Program Director, Global Leadership Development. Her tenure at Cummins was marked by designing and leading enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives, global coaching programs, and HR strategies aligned with business transformation — including driving the shift from diesel to electric technologies.
Jen also held multiple leadership roles at G&K Services, where she served as Senior Director, HR Business Partner, and led major HR integrations during acquisitions, as well as compensation, benefits, and employee relations functions across 43 locations. Earlier, she built a strong foundation at Honeywell Inc., where she held HR leadership roles for over 15 years.
Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business from Hamline University, and has pursued Industrial Relations coursework at the University of Minnesota. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and is a Certified Coach in Diversity Coaching from the Coach Diversity Institute.
