With extensive experience in human resources leadership, resource management, and employee development, Ferrill brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Ferrill has been with Santikos Entertainment for over seven years, previously serving as Vice President of Resource Management, where she played a key role in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. She also briefly served as Project Manager before taking on broader leadership responsibilities within the company.
Prior to joining Santikos Entertainment, Ferrill was Vice President of Human Development at Qualfon, where she spent six years leading HR functions, talent strategy, and workforce development initiatives in San Antonio, Texas. Her experience at Qualfon strengthened her ability to drive HR transformation and employee engagement within dynamic business environments.
With expertise in HR leadership, talent development, and operational strategy, Ferrill’s leadership as Chief Human Resources Officer will further support Santikos Entertainment’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture and driving business success through employee engagement.
