Grand Prairie, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Jennifer Hunter has joined Polk Mechanical Company as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will oversee the strategic direction and execution of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Marketing. Her focus will be on fostering a people-first culture, enabling leadership development, and positioning Polk as an employer of choice within the mechanical construction industry.
Prior to joining Polk Mechanical, Jennifer served as Vice President of Operations at Tarrant Roofing, where she led national teams, implemented EOS systems, established scalable HR and performance management processes, and delivered impactful leadership development initiatives. Her role integrated HR strategy with business growth and operational excellence.
Before that, she was Vice President of Strategy & Growth at FX Well, managing operations and marketing across multiple wellness and fitness brands, including Under Armour Performance Centers and FX Studios. She was responsible for strategic planning, team development, client retention, and performance optimization across brands.
Jennifer’s earlier experience includes serving as Director of HR and Corporate Services at BTS Solutions, where she led HR, finance, and IT functions, earning the SmartCEO Executive Management Award for her contributions. She also held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition and recruitment at companies such as Eliassen Group, CyberPoint International, and Next Century Corporation, where she built and scaled HR operations, ATS implementations, and employer branding initiatives.
She began her professional journey at TEKsystems, progressing from recruiter to account manager, where she gained expertise in full-cycle recruiting and technical staffing for top-tier clients across the country.
