Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, January 2025 – Jennifer Lown has taken on the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) at Oklahoma’s Credit Union (OKCU). With over 17 years of experience at OKCU, Jennifer will oversee the organization’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and fostering a positive work culture. In her new role, she aims to align OKCU’s human resources strategies with its mission of putting people first.
Jennifer has held several leadership positions at OKCU, most recently serving as Chief Experience Officer from December 2021 to January 2025, where she was instrumental in enhancing member and employee experiences. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer, leading branding and business development initiatives that strengthened OKCU’s connection with the community.

Her earlier roles include Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and Director of Marketing and Business Development, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for OKCU over the years.
