New York, United States, December 2024 – Joseph Liberti has joined Global Precision Products as the Vice President of Human Resources. In his new role, Liberti will oversee the company’s HR strategy, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement. He will lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning human capital strategies with organizational objectives to drive operational performance and growth.
Prior to this role, Joseph served as Head of Human Resources at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP, where he implemented HR strategies to attract and retain top talent, managed full-cycle recruitment, and optimized HR operations through technology integration.
Before that, he held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Viant Medical, where he was instrumental in increasing employee engagement by 58% and implementing robust talent management strategies, including succession planning and workforce analysis.
Joseph also served as Senior Human Resource Manager – Americas at Husky Injection Molding Systems, managing HR across multi-site locations in North and South America. He focused on leadership development, change management, and maintaining a union-free status through strategic communication and training.
Earlier in his career, he was the Human Resources Manager at Gaymar Industries, Inc., where he designed benefits programs, implemented safety initiatives, and secured state funding for workforce training, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
